The Weekly Line

Video editing for YouTube channels, delivered on a weekly schedule.

You write and record. I cut, and the finished video lands in your folder on the same day every week.

What you get

One finished video per week, edited from your raw footage — the takes trimmed and ordered, dead air cut, framing that moves with the speech, subtitles, and sound levelled to broadcast loudness. Same delivery day every week, so your upload schedule stops depending on whether editing got done.

A flat weekly rate agreed up front. No hourly billing, no per-revision charges.

How it works

1. You send me one video's worth of material and tell me which day you want it back.
2. I edit the first one and you keep it, whether or not you continue.
3. If it fits, we set a standing weekly slot.

Sending me your footage

Put the files in a Google Drive or Dropbox folder and send me the link — nothing to install, and you keep the originals. If you would rather not create a share link, ask and I will send you an upload folder of mine instead.

What to put in it: the raw takes as they came off the camera, plus anything you want in the video that I cannot cut out of the footage — your intro, your logo, music you have the rights to, a list of clips to include. If there is a moment you know you want kept or dropped, one line about it is enough; you do not need to write timestamps.

Send it however large it is. Do not re-export or compress it first — that costs you quality and costs us both a day.

The finished video comes back as a link to the file, in the format you upload with. First one back within three days of the footage arriving, then on your fixed day each week after that.

Who it suits

Channels that already post regularly and have run into the point where editing — not ideas — is what caps how often they publish.
